Description: This lovingly decorated 2nd floor apartment has dual master bedrooms, overlooking a quiet tree lined street, allowing each guest their own private space and the ability to close off their area from the rest of the apartment. The Queen beds in each bedroom can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and the sofa bed another 2, for a total of 6 guests with existing furnishing making it perfect for large groups or families traveling together. For an additional fee, a Queen or 2 Single air mattresses can be provide to accommodate 2 additional guests, allowing for some truly flexible sleeping arrangements. If traveling with an infant, we also have a crib available for an additional fee.
The spacious living room gives everyone room for themselves and opens up into the full-sized kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features standard appliances and cookware guests need for the perfect home cooked meal. The proper dining area and quality dinette set provides a comfortable area for either a formal multi-course meal or a snack on the go. Location: This vacation apartment is located in the same building as several of our other luxury rental units. Located right in the heart of the lively and affluent Miracle Mile District, this fully furnished apartment in Hollywood is found in a modern building nestled just between the ritzy Hancock Park neighborhood to the East and the Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhoods to the West. The development of this up-scale neighborhood began in the 1920s and has recently seen an invigorating redevelopment, as top-notch boutiques, entertainment complexes and restaurants have brought a new sense of style to the community. This central Los Angeles neighborhood offers easy access to all areas of the sprawling city along several major avenues. Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Universal City are just minutes away. Because of the close proximity to the freeways, this location even offers quick access to Downtown LA as well as the beaches.
It is right down the street from the new Grove shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street as well as newly expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard. The trendy Melrose shopping strip as well as the famed Sunset Strip is nearby, as are several major motion picture studios.
Parking info: Guests will have access to two reserved parking spots in the gated garage. Plenty of free street parking is also available around the building. When parking on the street, however, always be sure to check the parking signs for day and time restrictions.

How to get there: Upon leaving the LAX airport terminal area, head towards Century Blvd East. Merge onto Century Blvd East and look for the upcoming 405 freeway overpass. Stay right, drive under the 405 freeway and immediately take the entrance ramp onto the 405 North freeway. After a few miles, merge onto the 10 East freeway. From the 10 East, take the La Brea exit, heading North, and drive about 5-10 minutes. After you pass Wilshire Blvd, make a left onto Sixth Street.
